This Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. you are invited to attend and participate in the first Digital Image Group meeting of the year and the 9^th DIG meeting ever in the Parish Hall on the left side of St. Julian’s Episcopal Church in Douglasville .

Several people are already preparing to give informal presentations and demonstrations this week. We hope you will come and watch, and if you can, bring some of your own images and/or videos to share. This is your opportunity to show some of your work to an interested and enthusiastic audience.

Everyone who wishes to present is given 10 to 12 minutes of fame. Long presentations are saved for later in the evening.

Whatever you want to show is fine-- and you aren’t required to bring images at all, you can come to see what everyone else is doing. Although the show starts at 6:30 p.m. It isn’t necessary for you to be on time. You may leave at any time when you reach your saturation point or your attention span starts fading—at that point, go home . . .

This is also a great opportunity for you to get to know and catch up with other people interested in making better visuals. We encourage social time as well as image making.

So . . . plan to spend your Thursday evening in an educational and entertaining environment complete with talented creative people discussing current issues in digital photography and videography. The show lasts until the last presentation has been made.
