This digital video is dedicated to my sister Kathryn who had a birthday on December 7th, 2008. The video is a 9.5 minute series of video-editing tests using at least 11 software applications. It shows some of the variety and strength of Pinnacle Studio 12 video-editing software. Pinnacle Studio is "frame accurate," meaning that everything can be controlled in 1/30th of a second intervals.

As I was making the animal videos over in Alabama I had no clue that this would ever end up in a real video, so no tripod was used. The video was made on a tiny Canon SD1000 point and shoot camera.

All of the background music comes from our childhood including a piece from Handel's Water Music. The Water Music piece was converted from the original record by our brother Beryl. The original vinyl 33rpm record was brought to us in Tusculum Tennessee by our Aunt Sallie from Philadelphia in 1958 when Kathryn was 9 years old.
